I could not have asked for anything to go smoother. This was my first house, so it has certainly set a very high bar. The seller was a bit difficult, but Jericca went to bat for me on everything. She was so nice and extremely informative even though we didn't seem like serious buyers. We had a very difficult closing and had some trouble with our lender but she handled it all with such grace! She was on top of everything down to the very last minute. I felt bad for how much work we put her through but everything worked out wonderfully all thanks to her!
